What services are included in assisted living?
Assisted living typically includes personal care assistance, medication management, housekeeping, meals, social activities, and care coordination with medical providers and arrangement of transportation.
How do I know if assisted living is the right choice for my loved one?
If your loved one needs help with daily activities like bathing, dressing, or medication reminders but still wants independence, assisted living may be a great fit.
Can residents have visitors, and are there visiting hours?
Yes! We would love for you to come visit your loved ones as often as you like. We do not have rigid visiting hours. However, the facility encourages “quiet” hours from 8pm – 8am daily. Additionally, we require all visitors to sign in and out as well as abide by certain safety precautions.
What is the difference between assisted living and a nursing home?
Assisted living provides help with daily tasks in a more home-like environment, while nursing homes offer 24/7 medical care for those with more serious health needs.
How much does assisted living cost, and is financial assistance available?
Costs vary by medical needs and services. We will work with you and your family to individually meet your needs. We accept all ALTCS plans on AHCCCS as well as private pay.
