Fountain Assisted Living Center is family-owned and operated by the Lundahl family. Shiloh and Kirstin Lundahl are parents of 5 amazing kids and bring a wealth of experience and a positive energy to the facility. Shiloh is a Child and Family Therapist with over 20 years of working with families. Kirstin has years of experience in running businesses and real estate. But, perhaps more importantly, Kirstin has been on the journey caring for and losing both of her parents. She has a unique perspective from both sides of the fence and brings a fresh perspective for the resident and family experience. We know you want the best for your loved one, and so do we. We are here for you every step of the way.

We take great care in who we hire to work with our lovely residents and our staff has been with us for years. We are like a family over here and treat our residents as part of that loving family unit. Each member of our staff is meticulously trained with the most up-to-date information. This, coupled with decades of experience, results in the most incredible care team with a passion for helping others.
OUR FACILITY
Fountain Assisted Living Center is conveniently located in Mesa, AZ just minutes away from multiple hospitals, downtown Mesa, and so much more. We are equipped with a commercial kitchen, open communal areas, a large backyard, a TV in every room, and a library. Our building is equipped with state of the art security and fire safety sprinklers as well as multi-zone HVAC to keep each resident comfortable. In addition, we have very strict cleaning standards to keep things as sanitary as possible to keep our residents safe and healthy.
