Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept ALTCS insurance plans with MercyCare, United Health, and Banner University care. Please call us for additional questions at 480-299-3310.
What are your private pay rates?
We offer private rooms and shared rooms for our private pay residents at competitive prices. Most rooms range from $3500 – $5500 per resident per room.
Do you have vegetarian, vegan, or other special dietary options?
Yes, we offer an array of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. If you have other dietary requirements, please inform us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Are there specific visiting hours?
Our normal visiting hours are from 8am – 8pm everyday. However, you are more than welcome to visit at any time on any day. If you would like to visit outside of these hours, we kindly ask that you call the family phone line to speak with the caregivers on staff to let them know.
Can I send takeout or delivery to my loved one?
Absolutely! You ship or deliver any package or food item to our facility. Residents love getting mail.
Can I bring my own snacks and food?
Of course. Residents are welcome to have their own food and drinks. Some items can be stored in their rooms, while others may need to be stored in the facility kitchen. Please make arrangements with our manager.
